Let me start off by saying today has been one of those days that you think is a dream. Woke up this morning and went to get my running shoes. Yeah running shoes, as I am doing the marathon next year. I thought I would get some practice in before the race don’t want to do a jade goody. Went to the running shop and the guy that served me was the best and I mean BEST sales person ever, the advice was spot on. Anyway long story short me and D got trainers did some shopping and came home.

Went to a leaving do for big rich as him and shell are leaving for Japan. Thinking about going to see them and do some flying in Japan, shell doesn’t trust my flying thou. Lol. Little does she know that I don’t either.

Oh the usual format

In the news nothing today there was nothing worth apart from new reports showing that the stabbed police lady was abusing her power to get money from her husbands clients, so she was a police and a pimp. I wonder if she had a white hat and stick. Oh and before you saw which stabbed police lady you really should read the news and not rely on me to update you.

Grinding my gears today is Grand theft auto! What the hell was all the hype about. I played it and wasn’t overly impressed.

The list – today the list will be empty of an entry due to the good service I received from the sales person in the running shop.

Oh I can eat meat as of Monday so that’s something to look forward to. After 3 months of not eating it I have won the bet, after the 3months I actually feel different I feel less drained and more energetic. Not sure if that’s down to the lack of meat or me eating more veg, nuts and fruit to compensate for no meat.
